What are Traineeships?

Traineeships are education and training programmes with work experience that focus on giving you the skills and experience that employers are looking for. This programme gives you - the young person - the opportunity to gain qualifications and some experience within the work place setting.

Traineeships will last anything from six weeks to a maximum of six months with the content tailored to the needs of the business.

Traineeships prepare young people for their future careers by helping them to become ‘work ready’.

At the end of the programme you will receive a reference and an exit interview – or a job interview depending on current roles available with the company.
